Step 1: Fill complete the application below. This will put your information in front of our management staff so that we can contact you and set up an in-person interview.
Step 2: Our staff will reach out to you to conduct a brief telephone interview.
Step 3: Schedule your certification training. We provide the training free of charge.
Step 4: Attend an in-person interview at our Buckeye office. It is important that you keep your appointment and be on time. Please bring the following items with you if you have them:
During this visit, we will finalize the paperwork and roll finger prints if needed. Schedule your interview.
We are located at 25560 W. MC-85, Suite 15, Buckeye, AZ 85326. From I-10, take the Miller Road exit and go south to MC-85 (Monroe St.) Turn right on MC-85 and go west 1/2 mile. We are located at the front of the Mill Iron Plaza on the right-hand side of the road (north side).
Step 5: Prior to being hired, you must complete any required training and become certified for the services that you will be providing. There is no cost to you for this training. Once trained, you will be given a copy of your certifications. Training can take anywhere from one to five days, depending on the certifications that you currently hold and the services that you will be providing. Typically, a new direct care worker will need three days of training before they can begin working.
